This December we are organising an special event to observe the Geminid meteor shower on the island of La Palma. This wonderful Geminidi event has its maximum every year between 13 and 14 December. Meteors or “shooting stars” can have at its peak an average of between 30 and 50 meteors per hour, although it does not have the same frequency every year. This meteor shower of stars is very fast because its meteors move at great speed, so in order not to miss it you will have to be very attentive and know where to look at.
With this experience we will take you to one of the Astronomical viewpoints of the island of La Palma, chosen a few hours before the departure according to the weather conditions of the moment.
