Total Lunar Eclipse. Astronomical observation (in May 2022).<\/h2>\n

This year we have a total lunar eclipse, which has not been possible to observe from La Palma since September 2015. So we have organised this event to be able to observe the lunar eclipse with or without a telescope and also to photograph it.<\/p>\n

We will meet in the early hours of the morning, as the maximum of the eclipse starts after 4 o’clock in the morning. It is an ungodly hour, but it will be worth it. It is not an annual or frequent event. Moreover, La Palma is the best place to see it in Spain and Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you want to do astro-tourism on the island of La Palma?<\/strong> With this experience we will take you on an astronomical observation, among other objects, of the full moon as the night suddenly turns dark. We can see in one of this star discovering its craters, mountain ranges and other wonders and even photograph it. And when the night turns dark, we can see the Milky Way. This is a spectacle that happens quite often, but is rarely seen where you are.<\/p>\n
